i dont know if i should dye my hair a reddish brown colour.not really? but not everyone looks good red I know I wouldn't!! don't ruin your hair because of people at school be YOURSELF not somebody else!!! :):):):):)Yes it was a trend we have Rhianna and a few other celebs to thank for that one. Just to warn you red is one of the fastest fading colours (you may end up redying it every 4-8 weeks) and it can be very hard to remove (you have to strip the hair out to remove the colour which requires bleaching). If you do want to go for it then get your self some colour friendly products to help make your colour last longer.
You don't have to go with the flow, if you're having second thoughts about dying it then it's probably better to leave it the way it is for now.
Nope, been and gone, the people left with red hair are style stragglers. I started a purple craze around here and it seems to be getting pretty popular!!

What Products should I use for my hair?
-I have really curly hair, but it likes to poof and get frizzy. Most days, only the front part of my hair gets that really pretty spiral curl, and the rest is just plain and poofy. Have used almost everything there is, and every time I go to a hair dresser, they tell me to use the products they use in their salon, but they don't work on my hair.
Right now I am using the following products on my hair:
Redkin Fresh Curls Curl Refiner.
Garnier Fructis Curl Scrunch Gel
Aussie Sydney Smooth Gel
TRESemme Flawless Curls Lotion Creme
TRESemme Curl Care Styling Spray
and Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Anti-Humidity Hairspray.
I also use a shampoo and conditioner made for culry hair. I also only wash my hair with the shampoo 3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday,and Sunday) sometimes more depending on what I did that day. I wash my hair with the conditioner every day.

It might be the humidity in your area thats make your hair go so big.

Hope this helps!You can't exactally grow it FAST, but when you wash your hair massage your roots (the top of your head) with the shampoo, it will help the roots and make it grow longer. But you can't really speed it up.
This will work though, you could also look in the shop there might be some shampoo that can help.
Some people say talk to it, tell it to grow (but nicely).

I know it sound kinda weird, but i read somewhere that garlic oil helps alot. if your not into the puting garlic oil on your hair (dont want to smell like a walking pizzaria) maybe the local vitamin shoppe or gmc have it in a pill form.
massage the scalp with coconut oil before 1 hour you shampoo.
use vitamin E along with the oil.
use ginger based shampoo and conditioner.
moisturize your hair.
I suggest you not to eat remedies, and focus on naturally side for growing your hair just you need to massage your hair with some hair oil sort of product.
you could try rubbing snake oil on you head....
But then again it may just be a waste of $ & effort....
oh well .....

Should I get layers cut into my hair?

Basicly, all my life I've had trouble with my hair until recently. 2 years ago I got it permanently straightened and instead of it straightening my hair, it just relaxed my extremely curly hair into soft curls. I also got all the layers out of my hair and had my hair cut to one length. At the time, I hated my hair and how short it was but then realised it was great decision because my layers were horrible.
Now, I love my hair, its so thick and curly, but! Because of it's thickness and because it's all one length, I cant curl my hair how I want it to be curled.
I want my hair to grow, so I leave it to naturally dry and I barely use heat on it, and if i do I use protection.
The curls I want are big, round sexy curls, but If I do that they stay for only a couple of minutes and then they go because my hair is so heavy, also, the curls don't look how I want them too because of my lack of layers. My hairdresser says that if i get layers cut then the curls will be how I want them to be (Like Kim Kardashian!) So, my question is!
Should I-
Put up with it and wait until my hair eventually gets longer to get layers in.
Get layers now
Also, If I do get layers, I only really want one like Kim has, so what would I tell my hairdresser?

Scalp Burning from hairdye! Quick answers?!?
-So Im sitting at the salon with hairdye in my hair and it's really burning. It was bleavhed first and that was really itchy. Should I be worried? The dye is blue.Nah that's normal...but it sucks >.<minor itching and burning sensation is not to worry about but if it's going worse then you should remove the dye and consult the doctor if it's serious.

What can I do and take to stop my hair from breaking off?

-im getting my hair cut soon and need answers or opinions!I have very thick hair too! It's just wavy though... I don't know if you want it straight or not but If you put some heat serum on your hair (try Redken Heat Protector) and focus putting it on the middle because that's where heat is most applied. Then you take a round brush(preferably a larger one) and take a blow dry and brush down your hair with the round brush until it's more tamable looking and less curly if hat's what your looking for. Then you apply another coat of heat serum on your hair and take a flat iron to go back over your to make sure it stays tamed. If you have this product too, you should put in some smoothing cream. It'll keep it tamed, and very smooth for a perfect school look! I hope this helped! :)

I dyed my hair a dark red colour and I would like to know when's the soonest time I could dye it black?
-So on the 19th of July, I dyed my hair using L'Oreal Feria Violet Black hair dye. MInd you, the dye was absolute rubbish. It said it'd dye your hair so that it would come out black with a purple tint... However, my hair came out burgundy. I would not suggest this hair dye to anyone that fancies black hair with a purple tint. Anyways, on Tuesday the 19th, I dyed my hair with the L'Oreal Feria hair dye and it came out dark red and I didn't necessarily like it so I purchased a jet black hair dye, since black was the initial color I wanted, and I was wondering when it'd be safe/how long shall I wait to re-dye my hair with the jet black colour? I've now dyed my hair three times, all dark colors and I've never bleached my hair. Thanks! :3I don't really think it would matter that much i used to dye my hair a really bright red colour for a year and a half, and if i was going to a party and it started to fade i'd dye over it i never thought about how long ago i'd dyed it before. Best blonde hair dye?
-I have dyed medium brown hair (not recent, dyed about 4 months ago) with a few blonde highlights underneath.
I'm going to wash ALL of my brown dye out (as it was demi-permanent) so I get my natural dark ash blonde hair back.
Once I've washed it all out I'm going to dye my hair a light blonde.
I only have ONE chance for this, not dyeing it 6 times in one day.
I can't let it go orange or ginger, or strawberry blonde. I can dye it twice maximum, I can't be dyeing it different days.

How to convince my mom to let me get red in my braids.?

What hair cuts would suit me (pics) teen girls?
-A little about my hair: Well i have VERY thick long brown hair. It is a meduim brown colour that gets lighter towards the ends (almost blond). It is a little frizzy but i am working on that lol! My hair is layered so I can't braid it (only little braids) and I've tried the one wear you braid your hair in lots of little braids before night, but in the morning my hair was mega bushy. I always like really exotic hair colours, but it depends on your face/skin etc. I'd need a photo of you to be certain, but for the most part i'd say go for it. If you dye it a bright red then it'll probably be demi-perm colour, so if you don't like it, it'll wash out within 1-2 weeks. Summer is the perfect time to test new hairstyles and outfits! I have just bleached it back to my original colour of blond because at the time i thought it was goung to look nice but in reality it only looked nice for about a week then i yearned to return to my original colour. go for it if your sure, if not try a semi permanent first.

Does anyone else notice increased hair fall after you stop using vive pro daily thickening shampoo for a day?
-I'm 22 y/o, hair has been receding and thinning for 3 yrs. For the last 2 months its thinned out like mad. I started yang vice pro thickening for men and it was marvelous except on 2 occasions where I missed a wash and i could run my hands through gently and pull out an unusually large amount of hair. How do you get the bottom of hair to stay twisted while french twisting hair?
-Try using lots of hairspray, bobby pins, and hair pins. That usually works for me. :)The french don't twist, they braid. I know what you mean though. You need these little hair clips to be put in to hold the locks together and separate of each other. And a ribbon, or a scrunchy, or something to hold the hair that will stay.

-Well now my hair is dark brown with natural red and gold highlights. But my mom says that I've always had reddish brown hair and my grandma's hair is naturally that color too.
It's really red too, like orange and I've never had highlights.yes i know a woman that is black and has a lighter toned skin but bother her parents are black and she was born with very light brown hair and she had freckles and to some its can be considered as blonde hair

Oily hair i need help?
-Well if I go a day without washing my hair it will get oily from the top n by the next mornin it will be super oily and my friends tell me to put baking soda on it I was wondering does baking soda really work n what are some other ways 2 get oil out of my hair with out washing itI also get oily hair when I dont wash it, I wash my hair EVERYDAY & it reduces the oil.
But yes sprinkling baking soda in your hair help, the baking soda will absorb the oil :)
I suggest a dry shampoo deffinatly, dry shampoo's are kind of new not really but if you havent heard of them deffinatly look it up :) By the way using heat on your hair like straightners, curlers, & blow dryers will help with the oil a bit, & avoid using hair products that might be the cause of your oily hair.

When you wash your hair add ajax/comet (the detergent powder used for dishes) either or, add 2 spoons of this with your shampoo and this absorbs all the excess oil you have. Your hair stays clean for days.

I suggest a dry shampoo deffinatly, dry shampoo's are kind of new not really but if you havent heard of them deffinatly look it up :) By the way using heat on your hair like straightners, curlers, & blow dryers will help with the oil a bit, & avoid using hair products that might be the cause of your oily hair.

When you wash your hair add ajax/comet (the detergent powder used for dishes) either or, add 2 spoons of this with your shampoo and this absorbs all the excess oil you have. Your hair stays clean for days.

-everytime i finished straightening my hair it's good but like 5-10 min after it's all poofy agian and i hate it so much -___- is there any way to fix that ( i also use a heat protecter that says it keeps hair flat all day no matter if it's humid outside ) and on my right side my hair curls up on the front it's so annoying ... is there a way to fix that too?Well what kind of straightener do you have? Should i dye hair red or blonde?
-Well...i have sort of mid tone brown hair with a teeny bit of blonde in it from when i got blonde highlights 3 years ago...i want to dye my hair now..but i cant decide..i was thinking red because i love the sort of cheryl cole colour..but i don't want to look like a "scene kid". How can I grow one inch of hair a week?
-Hey guys I need help! Ok so yesterday I went and got at "trim" to trim my hair. So I asked if I Gould get half an inch cut off but they cut 2 inches off. And school starts in two weeks how can I grow one inch a week? Pleases help I need to grow back those two inches in two weeks.I hate when hair dressers do that! Anyways, I rinse my hair with cold water right before i get out of the shower. My hair dresser recommended me that a couple years ago and I have been doing that ever since. It keeps your hair healthy and strong and it helps it grow faster. But the water has to be like super cold, so just wet your hair or else you will be freezing! I am not saying that this is going to make your hair grow one inch per week, but it will help your hair get back to its original length faster and it will be healthier. Hope this helped! :)

-The hair stylist cut too many short layers, so now my hair is a puffy mess. My hair is grazing my shoulders, and picture day is coming up soon.That happens to me every time i come back from the beauty salon! My hair is naturally wavy and puffy so i would suggest you wash your hair out, blow dry it and then straighten it with an straightening iron. What also help is applying plenty of hair cream after and in the case of curls fixing gel or hairspray would help.After you get out of the shower blow dry your hair, then take a straightner/flat iron and straighten everything. That should make your hair less puffy. If you like you hair curly straighten everything then take a curling iron and curl the ends of your hair. -A little about my hair: Well i have VERY thick long brown hair. It is a meduim brown colour that gets lighter towards the ends (almost blond). It is a little frizzy but i am working on that lol! It is also slightly wavy but you can't really see it in the picture. And i have a side fringe/bangs ( it used to be a full fringe but i got fed up with it so i swept it to the side) So yeah i was thinking maybe cutting it shorter? They help with reducing thick hair. And getting thick hair thinned is a must. Thinning hair saved my life! My hair instantly felt less heavy and it didn't frizz very much. Also this is optional but choppy layers look amazing with side swept bangs. And they don't make you look to old or too young. -My hair on the top layers is really fried at the ends. I keep it conditioned, and I don't put any heat on it. But it keeps getting worseTrim it with a pair of thinning shears. People who don't use heat get split ends too. it's normal hair breaks some times as it grows. Buy a satin pillow case it's better for your hair and if you straightened your hair it would look the same as it did the night before. Google satin pillow cases. Hope this helps

On days when you feel too boyish, girlify yourself in other ways. Wear make up, jewellery, girly clothes etc.

I'm going to for the Hayley Williams kind of feel, but I dont want to dye all of my hair, I just want either streaks all around my head, or a few streaks in front for side bangs. Which color do you think would be the best?

It's semi - permanent, I used Directions Rubine dye
Do you think it Will wash completely out in the next 6 weeks? I don't wanna get kicked out of school haha.directions in my experience fades quickly and should especially fade out in the next six weeks if you wash your hair every other day. I have found that head and shoulders fades hair alot quicker than normal shampoos.
if it comes to the last week and its still in your hair try washing your hair lots and lots of times in a day with head and shoulders and hot water. another thing you can to is putting tooth paste in your hair for about half and hour and then wash it out, this gets rid of the colour faster. I have also heard that white vinegar works too. another thing i have used is a mixture of bicarbonate of soda and fairy liquid, put it in your hair and leave for half an hour or so and then wash it out your hair with shampoo and hot water. these methods should help your hair colour to fade faster.
Make sure after using these methods you condition your hair so it doesn't dry out too much. These ways are alot better than bleaching and re-dying your hair as they can do horrible damage to all your hair.

Wash your hair more often (not too often because you might damage it) and the colour should wash out in about 6 weeks. If not, go to a saloon and ask them to try strip the colour off it.. Don't dye it your natural colour over the pink, because if the hair dye under it is washing off, you're just covering the top layer and it will wash off quite quickly.. I dyed my hair with a semi-permanent hair dye the very first time i ever dyed my hair (i dyed it ginger) and it wouldn't come out.. I dyed it brown over the top, and the brown washed off in less than 2 weeks, and the ginger was still there..
Yeah it will definitely be out by then especially if you wash your hair often. Color treatment shampoo and conditioner usually keeps color in longer so that probably something to think about too.
Its hard to tell believe me. I dyed my hair brown (came out ginger though) with a non-permanent colour last december and it is still red, the box sed 24 washes but its been about 100 :/
Rubine is a pinky red :p it lasts 1 week then Fades completely in 2 weeks :) I use directions all the time

You could buy some hair-dye remover, but I wouldn't recommend it as it damages your hair.
Just dye your whole head the color of your natural hair or the color you want it to be.
If you wash it atleast once a day then i think it should :)
