Big hair? please help?

-i have quiet big frizzy hair, but when i straighten it, it goes all flat and its really annoying.... can someone please please help me... thanks :)when you straighten it to make it look not so flat. try lifting up a bit of your hair at a time and comb the nearest bit to your head going down and doing this it gives your hair a bit of height
