Should I color my hair? Please read more...?

-I'm in my forties and my grey just started showing but I am afraid if I color my hair it will thin out more than it already has. I have been losing a lot of hair. I asked about the no ammonia colors but they said that would not last very long. Should I try coloring my hair anyway with the regular hair colors? I have my appointment this morning???OK, ask your hairdresser, it could be you are just shedding hair due to the seasons, IE July is a hot month and your head is the hottest place in your body so tends to shed hair when it feels heat. It is the same for winter, it then regrows more and pushes a lot of the thinner hair out. So dont worry! You can also buy hair thickening shampoos if you are still not convinced.

Colouring your hair when you get older it is recommended you go one shade lighter than your natural colour. this is simply because if you go darker, it will make you look older and harder faced.

If thats a problem? Well some grey hairs are nice :D
You should buy a hair dye rinse. It's temporary so it won't be as damaging. Get the no ammonia colors, because if you don't like the color, it won't last very long. Don't try coloring your hair with the regular colors I don't think it's a good idea.
maybe you should not because there is a chance that you will have more hair fall, in your age it is already dangerous to put a lot of chemicals or different chemicals on your hair because you don't know what may happen to your scalp.
