Do guys like short hair on girls?

-I have had long hair my whole life and im about to turn 17 and i want to try something different do guys like girls with this hairstyle? http://img384.imageshack.us/img384/6013/鈥?/a>I think I would guess about 10% prefer short hair, 60% prefer long or very long hair, and the rest don't care either way. Every one has different tastes, so best to canvass opinion among the guys you care about.



Once you've done it, there is no going back. If in three weeks you're bored with it, and you don't always have the smile of that model and find it makes you ugly the rest of the time, you cannot then do something different and be with long hair again.



I once went out with a girl with hair like that, but it depressed me. I always felt there was something missing.
Most guys prefer long hair because short hair makes the women a little bit masculine and some girls with short hair can be mistaken as lesbians, so guys usually don't go near them. But I cut my hair 1 month ago, similar to the girl in your link and it looks great. Guys still hit on me, which is a bummer but yeah I'm assuming some do like short hair.

But I say go for it! Don't worry if guys like or don't like short hair. Just do it for you. If you want the change. (:
That's very cute. Go for it. But honestly you really don't need to have a guys approval for you to decide what hair style he thinks looks better. Cut it because you want to. Not weather guys like it or not.
I myself have got long hair but I do love short hair. Looks great at 17.

u look really pretty but some guys prefer long hair(it depends on the guy), u can just grow it to your shoulders.
