Would my hair look good with a perm?

-I'm thinking about getting a perm. Either like Taylor Swift's hair:

I was born with curly hair but it slowly went away, now my hair is flipy. :/ This is how my hair looks now:

Do you think either would look good? If so which one would look better? Thank you. :]i think you should wait until your hair is much longer because if you get it done with your hair at that length it will shortern to around your chin at least depending on how tight the curls are.

you were born with curly hair? what an odd thing to say, you came out of your mum with hair with a wave in it?... and your hair looks straight, not "flipy"
taylor swift, also you can try products/techniques to make your hair wavy. like scrunch your hair after you get out of the shower and apply a curling mousse and then flip your hair upside down and dry it with a defuser.



if that doesn't work i'd say go for the taylor look!
I think that they'd both look fantastic. But I think that the Taylor Swift look would look good, since you have blonde hair (: Best of Luck on your hair! ^^
