What exact hair dye do i need?

http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=77鈥?/a>You're going need to bleach it to a pale yellow and then use a blue dye. I used Clairol BW2 powdered bleach and a 40 volume creme developer. Blue doesn't come in permanent hair color so i use Manic Panic Shocking Blue. Its a semi permanent hair color and fades pretty fast if you wash it a lot but it's the best quality and brand I've found so far.
