How often should I shampoo/condition my hair? (New @ buzz cut look...)?

-I normally always have medium to long hair, but I have really been digging the 'buzzed cut' look. Not 'shaven', but like half an inch long. I cut my hair this way and am excited on saving money from buying haircuts, (since I can do this myself), not dying my hair, and shampooing/conditioning less.



Normally with long hair I would need to shampoo/condition my hair every 3 days, because it doesn't get too oily too often, but how often should I shampoo/condition it now that it's less than half an inch?



Thanks for any help! :)depends , if you find that your hair smells bad , or the texture is oily , then you wash it , put if you find it abit oily but it doesn't smell bad , you can just use dry shampoo it stops it and prevents it from getting oily for 1 or 2 days.
woah every 3 days? im a girl and i wash it every other day.

most guys wash their hair every day if its short. use those bodywash and shampoo in 1 bottles i think axe has it. guys get lazy lol
