How can i get an emo haircut?

-i have dirty blonde ,a little longer than medium hair.with bangs but the bangs are way to short (above my eyebrows) i dont have layers but i want them. how to i cut my hair like that? any videos?!?!?!? i've searched for ages to find a video explaining but i just can't find the right one? help???!!? I hooope i helped!Just go to the hairdressers and ask them. You kind of need it black with other colours in like strips of pink/red. Have it short on one side and lOng on the other.
