What looks better on girls?

-short hair or long hair?It depends on the girl. Most people say that girls look better with long hair, but that is not always the case. Long hair does not always flatter everyone- sometimes it just hangs there. But on the right girl, it looks pretty. It's the same with short hair. So, it really depends on facial features, face shape, hair type, etc.
I really think it depends on the person (features, face shape, hair texture) and the haircut. I feel that there are some people who can look great both ways, a lot of that has to do with the hairstylist and her understanding of the person's features. Some face shapes are better off with longer or shorter hair, but can still get cuts that look amazing on them within certain lengths, if that makes any sense!

It's also about confidence though. If you feel beautiful whether your hair is long or short(and you didn't get an awful haircut), you will be able to rock it.
