When do you recolor your hair? ?

-I colored and did highlights exactly a month ago. I color my hair at home :) my hair is naturally very dark but I color It lighter in the blonde shades.. so my question is when should I recolor it?? I used perfect 10 last time btw. My roots are showing maybe an inch of darker. It blends and looks quite pretty still but my issue is I'm getting my haircut this week and if I need to color it I'd rather do it now so all the dead ends and damaged ends can get trimmedI get my hair re highlighted every 6-8 weeks. Maybe try getting it done at a salon as salon color usually lasts longer than box hair dye? Also make sure you use a shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair. I recommend Biolage shampoo and conditioner for colored hair. I use this and it really helps make my highlights last long
it depend on how fast your hair grow, how often you shampoo it..generally about once every two months.
I get my hair cut and colored every 4-6 weeks.
