SPENCER'S CURLY HAIR LOOK FROM PRETTY LITTLE LIARS!!!!?

-How can I curl my hair like Spencer Hastings from the show Pretty Little Liars in season two, from the episode that aired on 7/26/11? It is like super curly, sorta and it looks really good. Does anybody know of any videos that could show me how to do my hair like that?i know i saw that hair it looks soo pretty. it's not like normal curls there's something different about it....
