Split, fried ends, help!!!!!!?

-My hair on the top layers is really fried at the ends. I keep it conditioned, and I don't put any heat on it. But it keeps getting worseTrim it with a pair of thinning shears. People who don't use heat get split ends too. it's normal hair breaks some times as it grows. Buy a satin pillow case it's better for your hair and if you straightened your hair it would look the same as it did the night before. Google satin pillow cases. Hope this helps

God bless :]You can repair your hair and protect your hair from the split ends using Pro Naturals Moroccan Oil Hair Treatment with Heat Protector, it helps strengthen the hair that's prone to breakage, splitting or snapping off, gently smoothes the hair, reduces Frizz and helps prevent heat damage, plus leaves hair healthy, shiny and resilient. Check it out at http://www.rylees.ca/pro-naturals-morocc鈥?/a> . Hope it helps.
There is no way to "fix" split ends you HAVE to cut all the damaged hair or it will continue to get worst.

Spilt ends and fried hair are usually due to over processing with chemicals such as perms and color or because of excessive heat.

So after you get your hair cut you may want to lay off the color and flat iron for a while.
here are some great tips for u

# Trim your hair regularly鈥攈alf an inch a month at the most and every three or four months at the least. Clipping the ends keeps the strands healthy and strong. At the same time, it removes split ends.

# eat healthy

# Limit the amount of chemicals you put in your hair. Over use of perms and color can damage the hair shaft.

# Massage your scalp regularly to stimulate blood circulation in the scalp to promote growth.

# try this amazing remedy , it will make wonders on your hair

mix castor oil + olive oil

and apply it for four hours once a week

Hope this helps!
John Freida and Herbal Essence has really good split end treatments. You can also go to the salon and have them just trim your ends every some often. It's not expensive and well worth it.
Get all the dead ends trimmed off at a salon (It's not expensive), then they will be able to grow properly again in full, healthy condition :)

Good luck :)
First get your hair trimmed, and try using Herbal Essences or Dove. If those two don't work, you can always use olive oil! Hope I helped :)
