I have Anaemia, and I think it's affecting my hair. Help?

-Okay so I have Anaemia, and it affected my skin. You can see it on my fingertips. They're purple. You can't see it on my normal skin because I'm black. I've been finding lots of long gray hair strands. It's not old age because I'm 14! Is this caused by the anaemia and how can I stop it?Please see a doctor immediately.
