Hairstyles for 5th grade...... HELP!?

-My friend and I, need a new hairstyle for school.Okay, Some Really Cute Hair styles are To braide some hair back into a messy bun ( Of to the side) braide your hair into a braide that sit on your shoulders, and then add a small snoki bump in the middle of the two braided ( bangs) a high side pony tail with a cute hair accessory, your hair down but parted different ways ( on one shoulder, two shoulders, or straight back.) A high messy bun with a sporty hair band, one braide of to your shoulder...well there are many more but you may want to think about going on YouTube to find harder to do hair styles! Hope I helped! # While you might not be young enough to rock the braided pigtails anymore, you can add a bit of fun to a ponytail or hair worn down by tucking small braids into unexpected places. You can try french braiding your bangs to the side and gradually down the length of your hair, or braid a few strands here and there. If the braids are small enough, they can behave like the rest of your hair and stay down and loose or go up into a bun or ponytail when it's time to exercise.

Pony tail: Section of the top middle 2 inches of hair. Pull the rest up in a high pony tail. Put some detangle spray on your hands and smooth down all the frizzes and things of the ponytail. Or make it curly. Put hairspray over that to keep it from tangling, frizzing, or getting messy. Take the front section and tease it, finger rake it back, then use a clear scrunchie around it and the ponytail. You can also tie a ribbon threw your pony tail :)



Straight: Straighten your hair with a flat iron and run your fingers threw it when you are done. Put a very light coat of hair spray over that. You can just leave you hair like that, or put clips in it. I usually pull a little 1 inch section of hair from the front right side back to about above my ear. Then i use to bobby pins to secure it.



Curl: After getting out of the shower, dry your hair, but leave it a little damp. Get some curling gel and scrunch it threw you hair. You can do side bangs too! Put hair spray over it if you want. If your curls aren't good enough...use the curling iron. Don't use those too much or it fried your hair and makes your scalp itchy. Works your fingers threw your hair to make it look natural. This looks cute with a funky hat, or in a pony tail. A way i get a good curl is to either french braid or regular braid 2 side braids to get a nice wavy curl. To get a more krimped look i braid about 11-13 little braids all over my head. There all done wet so i take a paper towel and squezze out all the water. Then i take it out in the morning and style.



Braids: Do as many braids as you like. Get your mom or someone that does good with hair to do your braids (it usually looks neater done by someone else). You can do one braid down the middle. 2 braids; one on each side. Or a bunch of small braids threw out your hair. Hats look cute over braids, and if you are african american, beads threw all the little braids look SOOOOO kewl! Remember that you need 3 strands of hair to twist threw each other instead of 2 strands of hair swirling together (its called, i made a braid when i was 2). <---- I disagree with that. There is a really pretty braid called the rope braid. You take your hair and put it to one side. Then you seperate it into two sections. Each section is to be twisted seperatly away from your head. Once you get to as low as you want to twist, going the same direction, twist the 2 already seperatly twisted pieces together. Then use a scrunchie at the end. And you don't have to be african american to put beads in it. I think cornrows look good on any colored person, also.
