Hair extentions? help!?

-I'm looking to get some hair extentions, I have medium length hair quite thin but I was just wondering what is better and why. Clip in hair extentions or glue in hair extentions? I would prefer glue in but I think clip in would be more idea.

Any info you have would be helpful :)I get them from my local shopping centre, and the extensions are about 拢30 there. When I buy mine there is always some spare, but I have to 'sow the clips in' this isn't difficult at all, and with a little practice it takes no time at all (Just make sure you get thread that matches your hair colour if you decide to do this) Obviously make sure you get real hair then you can wash it, curl it, straighten it etc, it goes without saying, but cheap plastic extensions are a bad idea. I would suggest getting clip-ins, because you can take them out when you want, and you don't have to worry about the time it takes for them to dry compared to your actual hair after washing. Also, because extensions are so delicate, you don't want them to get luggy or tangled as you sleep, if your likely to toss and turn, make sure that they don't get too knotted. Always keep them in good condition though. Glue in extensions are also good, but the glue can be more expensive, and it can damage your hair if you don't know what your doing. - Hope this helps :)if you dont maintain glued in extentions,your hair will look desgusting

clip ins are ok , i have them,they are quite fiddly and not very secure,i have to constantly worry about them,and theyre not very comfortable

if you get clip ins , get secure clips,that will be almost invisable, alsso makesure its human hair



the best idea would to be sew in ones,but theyre very expensive :/
I usually get mine at the mall, I suggest no hot topic extensions, they are expensive, very thin, cheap quality, and if looking for natural well their natural looking extensions don't look natural at all. Sallys beauty store has real human hair ones of differed sizes colors and styles by can be very costly :)
Okay let me tell you that glue ins are nice however the can cause major hair damage and some hair loss. clip ins are a safer bet AND you can take them out when ever you want. plus glue ins are more expensive (in some cases).
