Can I dye over dyed hair!? 10 POINTS!?

-I died my hair red, around 6months ago with John Freda Permanent. Now I want to dye my hair blonde, but would it go ginger? Please Help!Im pretty sure it will be fine, but if you want to make sure, bleach your hair, then dye it again.It may not become the exact colour you want like , bleach blonde but it will come close enough , also after 6 monthes i think is fine! the only thing is that if i were you i would get it done at a salon because they are experts and they will do anything just to please you, so i advise you to go to a slalon.

Playing with chemicals is not like playing with clothes, there are penalties for playing chemicals in the lab. Even hair color experts at the salon are not rocket scientists, they do a bang up dye jobs to their clients or their own hair.

It's hard to make a transition like that without a professional. No, it probably wouldn't turn out the color you want! You have to go two shades up at a time or it will look scary unnatural. Going from Red to anything is tricky, I would suggest going a professional.
